SaidTrue is operated by iNet Marketeers Ltd, trading as SaidTrue.

What scorecards are

Scorecards are snapshots of third-party AI output, quoted or summarised from a specific scan time. They are provided as is and may be incomplete, stale or inaccurate because the underlying AI systems can change at any time.

A SaidTrue scorecard reflects what AI systems said during the scan. It is not SaidTrue's opinion of the business and is not an endorsement, review, aggregate rating or guarantee.

Acceptable use

Use SaidTrue for businesses only. Do not scan private individuals or use the service to harass, mislead or impersonate anyone.

Removal

Business owners may request removal of a scorecard by emailing removal@saidtrue.com. We may retire the scorecard URL and prevent future scans for that business.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, iNet Marketeers Ltd is not liable for loss arising from reliance on third-party AI answers, score changes, search results, or actions taken based on a scorecard.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
