AI brand mention
An AI brand mention is any time an AI system names or describes your business in an answer. For SaidTrue customers, this matters because people may ask tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or Claude about local businesses, services, or recommendations.
AI search
AI search is when someone uses an AI assistant or answer engine instead of only typing into a traditional search engine. SaidTrue focuses on visibility in this newer search behavior while recognizing that Google is still an important front door for customers.
AI reputation
